Article 1.1 of Annex III of the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment, published in the Official Gazette on April 25, 2013, with issue number 28628, states: ‘Maintenance, repair, and periodic inspections of work equipment shall be carried out at intervals and criteria specified in the relevant national and international standards, taking into account manufacturer data and the requirements of science and technology.’

The inspection results are reported in detail. If no standard or maximum interval is specified for the periodic inspection of pressure vessels in the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment, the inspections are conducted according to the manufacturer’s recommended intervals; if these are not available, the maximum interval is one year.
