Slow Crack Growth Test (Notched Test) (TS EN ISO 13479)
Polyethylene pipes are subjected to a hydrostatic internal pressure test at 80°C for 500 hours with notches cut to 20% of the wall thickness on all four sides. The pipe must complete the test duration without damage.
