With the Board Decision numbered 2432/6 dated February 18, 2010 of EMRA, we were granted qualification within the scope of “5 Year Investment Obligations Review of Natural Gas Distribution Companies" to UGETAM Co. Inc. Within the scope of this qualification, since 2010, with our EMRA Construction and Service Certificate dated May 29, 2008, on-site reviews and determination studies have been carried out in the areas of 5-Year Investment Obligations, License Extension, Force Majeure, and Tariff for 85% of the natural gas distribution companies in Turkey and the prepared reports have been submitted to EMRA.

5-Year Investment Obligations; is the study to determine whether natural gas distribution companies have fulfilled their obligation to establish, operate, improve and expand the distribution network in a way that will connect every customer who wants to use natural gas in the entirety of the zoned areas within the relevant distribution region to the distribution network they will establish within five (5) years.
