In collaboration with Istanbul Applied Gas and Energy Technologies Research Engineering Inc. (UGETAM) and Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (İSKİ), our project and consulting services for the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) aim to ensure the more effective, economical, and efficient use of the institution’s resources. The goal is to reduce process and error dependence on individuals, and to create a standard, sustainable, fast, reliable, transparent, measurable, comparable, and holistic structure. The EAMS focuses on improving the life cycles of assets, supporting their proper use, maintenance, and repair. Additionally, modules for personnel tracking, vehicle tracking, and inventory/stock integration are utilized to reduce operational costs. The system is designed to support units such as energy management and procurement, with the goal of optimizing internal governance within the institution.
