OUR MAIN TARGET IS TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS TOP QUALITY AND RELIABLE INSPECTION SERVICES

Thanks to our services, as UGETAM, we earned complete trust of our business partners and customers with our quality, impartiality, know-how and experience.

We are providing fully fledged inspection services to real and/or legal persons, private and/or public entities operating in water transmission and distribution industry as well as natural gas market, and all other energy, commercial, industrial and service sectors.

We are carrying out the inspection activities needed by market and industry in accordance with the national and international standards as indicated in our accreditation scopes in line with the quality, reliability, integrity, transparency, impartiality and independence as well as customer orientation principles using suitable device, method and qualified personnel, respecting the laws and ethical values, by protecting all rights of all relevant parties.

As an Type A Inspection Body, we are providing our inspection services under the accreditation of TURKAK according to the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard.

By using, for the first time in Turkey, Phased Array method enabling 3D non-destructive testing using an innovative approach and cutting-edge technology, we achieved to make the inspections on welding points of steel and polyethylene pipelines. For welding inspections, we are applying a wide range of NDT (Non-destructive Testing) methods. Our Company which also uses Phased Array and TOFD methods, one of the state-of-the-art methods among ultrasonic testing methods, carries out these activities via its personnel, each specialists in their fields, having internationally recognized Level 2 and Level 3 certificates.

Today, Phased Array and TOFD testing methods are actively used in the inspection of the pipelines in various diameters at Great Melen Potable Water Supply Project executed by ISKI – Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration.

At abroad, we carried out non-destructive tests for HDPE and Steel Potable Water Pipelines of AZERSU (Azerbaijan Water Transmission and Distribution Company).

We provided Third Party surveillance service at Trans Anatolia Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP) developed for transfer of natural gas via Turkey to Europe. We provided inspection services for the segments of TANAP pipeline that are produced in China.

To make safer the subway transportation serving two and a half million people every day in Istanbul, we have been inspecting the shafts, couplings and wheels of Istanbul Subway Wagons since 2017. We are also carrying out inspections on the rail and rail welding.

In addition, we are providing inspections services for all processes from raw material up to final product for infrastructure materials used mainly in natural gas, water transmission and distribution industries.

We are Type A inspection body accredited by TURKAK according to TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 Standard. We are periodically undergoing surveillance audits conducted by TURKAK.

As part of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, we have accreditations for natural gas distribution industry, including non-destructive testing, welded and other fixed connected productions, processed metal parts, polymer and composite products, natural gas meters, cathodic protection, electrical installations, gas burning devices, elevators, lifters and conveyors (accelerators and walking belts), calorimeters, cold and hot water meters.

In our inspection service area, our main goal is to expand our inspection services going beyond natural gas market to include real and/or legal persons, private or public institutions operating at entire energy industries as well as non-energy industries, continuing to provide top quality and reliable audit and advisory services.
