Requirements for Application
School Bus Driver (Level 3);
– must hold driving licenses set out in the relevant articles of Public Roads Traffic Act No 2918,
– must hold SRC 2 professional qualification certificate,
– must hold “Psycho-technical Test Report" received from Authorized Body
– Must not be convicted crimes, even if pardoned, listed in the Turkish Penal Code Article 102 “Sexual assault", Article 103 “Sexual Abuse of Children", Article 104 “Sexual intercourse with a minor", Article 109 “Depriving individual of his/her freedom", Article 188 “Production and Trading of Narcotics", Article 190 “Facilitating consumption of narcotics", Article 191 “Buying, accepting or possessing narcotics for personal consumption", Article 227 “Prostitution", and Misdemeanors Act No 5326 Article 35 “Drunkenness".
