2. 4a service details document which show that applicant has worked with Social Security Code No 7126.19 in different companies for a total of at least two and a half years or, for a recent continuous six months in the same workplace, within the validity period of the certificate.
3. If Social Security is not appropriate, then Letter of recommendation/service which indicates that he/she has worked as “GAS BURNER DEVICE SERVICE PERSONNEL" in the recent 6 months “…… (name) ……. (surname) Turkish ID ……….. has been working as a Gas Burner Device Service Personnel for ……….. months/years. “
4. Copy of ID Document
After submission of your application, do not forget to upload the documents that are required to be uploaded to the system. Your documentation will be checked to verify if they are suitable, the result of which will be notified you via SMS.
After approval of your application, the payment menu will open, and you can make your payment online here, or, you can upload the bank receipt you received which contains your name/surname and Turkish ID for bank transfer you made to the bank account.
These documents must be delivered to the address “UGETAM AŞ MESLEKİ YETERLİLİK BELGELENDİRME ŞEFLİĞİ ÇAMLIK MAHALLESİ YAHYA KEMAL BEYATLI CAD NO 1 KURTKÖY PENDİK İSTANBUL" until expiry date of the certificate, and postage or cargo fees will be paid by you.
